Meroskin E‑Store Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 25, 2025
1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases of skincare services, products, beauty devices and accessories (collectively, "Products") made through Meroskin’s official e‑store: www.meroskin.com ("E‑Store").
2. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Chapter 52A) ("CPFTA"), including rights relating to goods that are defective, unfit for purpose or not as described.
3. Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Items: You may request a return within 7 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the Products are in their original, sealed packaging, with all labels, seals and hygiene tags intact.

Sealed Hygiene & Skincare Items: Once the hygiene seal or tamper‑evident seal is broken, or the sachet single‑use products are opened, Products are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., ampoules, facial masks, serums, moisturizers).
4. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items
The following are excluded from returns and refunds except where faulty or not as described under CPFTA:

Trial facial treatments.

Products with broken hygiene or tamper‑evident seals.

Gift cards or vouchers.
-
Discounted or promotional items sold as final sale.

Any Products not purchased directly via the E‑Store.
5. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Care team at askmore@meroskin.com within the 7‑day period, quoting your Order Number, Product name(s) and reason for return.

Return Authorisation: We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 3 business days.

Ship the Product: Pack the Product securely, label the RA number on the outside and ship via a trackable courier to:

Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt, we will inspect and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection clearance. Note that bank processing times may apply and shipping fees (if borne by Meroskin in error) will be refunded in full.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
7. Shipping Costs

Customer‑Initiated Returns: Customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs to return Products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund of Shipping: If products are faulty or incorrect, Meroskin will reimburse standard shipping fees upon approved return.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect Product, please contact us at askmore@meroskin.com within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. We will arrange for an expedited replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting askmore@meroskin.com. Once dispatched, the standard return procedures apply.
10. Amendment of Policy
Meroskin reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on www.meroskin.com. Continued use of the E‑Store after amendment constitutes acceptance.
